MarketOne (www.marketone.com), an International Sales & Marketing agency in Barbados, is looking for a Sales Lead Development Representative.

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent professional who is persistent, assertive and resilient. You must have the ability to take initiative and to drive excellence. Strong business acumen and a proven ability to understand business related concepts are necessary. The successful candidate should have experience with high volume outreach and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. You must have the ability to multi-task and represent a service or intangible product to senior executives internationally. In addition, you must function well as a team member and be trustworthy, methodical, reliable and flexible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create demand by “selling the key benefits of our clients’ value proposition over the phone, making 80 – 100 outbound calls each day. 
  • Make outbound calls to relevant individuals using MarketOne’s Access database, or working within the client’s own CRM tool.
  • Understand and “sell” our clients’ value proposition by verbalizing the key benefits of the offer.
  • Engage in peer-to-peer conversations with individuals at client’s target accounts in order to uncover critical business intelligence and sales intelligence information. 
  • Locate other relevant individuals within a target company for potential interest and/or decision-making ability.

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE                                 
  • Experience in B2B Marketing within an international work environment.
  • Grade 1 or 2 CXC English Language.
  • A high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Working experience equivalent to a minimum of two years in an IT environment.
  • Experience handling complex sales cycles and using CRM tools would be an asset.
